Smith Shona Lauritano

Shona Lauritano joined our team in June 2012 as the Executive Services Manager. In her role, Lauritano administers the Executive Suite and Club Seat leasing program and is responsible for all contractual obligations to Executive Members in coordination with the Atlanta Falcons as the Dome’s premium seating sales brokers. Shona also oversees all aspects of the facility’s Executive Levels. This area includes 163 suites, 8 Super Suites, 5,740 Verizon Wireless Club seats, the Press Box, two Verizon Wireless club lounges, and two restaurants.

Previously, Shona served as the Director of Sales & Marketing for the University of North Carolina Greensboro Athletics Department. She graduated from UNCG in 2005 with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and a Minor in Business. Originally a New York native, Shona has lived in a total of 4 countries and 6 states!

Shanicka McClendon currently manages the Suite Level accounts and oversees the Executive Member Advisory Board. McClendon has been a member of Team Dome since 2000. She was a vital member of the full-time ticket office staff since 2002 serving as a Ticket Office Coordinator until she joined the Executive Services team in 2012 as the Club South Coordinator. In her previous roles she gained extensive experience of providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues and building productive relationships.

McClendon resides in downtown Atlanta with her husband and four children.

Jenny Carlisle joined the Executive Services team in February of 2013. She is responsible for overseeing the Verizon Wireless Club South and Super Suite 2 accounts. Carlisle is also responsible for the recruitment and development of our Executive Services Specialist that assist on event days.

Carlisle is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. In 2011 she graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Hospitality Management. Prior to joining the Georgia Dome, Carlisle worked for the Tampa Bay Rays in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Crystal Lowe joined the Executive Services team in June of 2013. For the 3 years prior, she spent her time assisting our guests, employees and the ADA community as the Guest Services Supervisor here at the Georgia Dome. Lowe’s objective is to offer our valued customers “Best In Class” service! Lowe is responsible for managing the Club North & Super Suite 7 accounts and Executive Member special events for the season. Lowe currently resides in Lithonia, GA with her two boys.

Lindsey Spaulding joined the Executive Services team in November of 2010. Her current role of Executive Services Executive Assistant is proceeded by one year as the department’s Administrative Assistant and 7 months as the department intern. Spaulding is responsible for processing contracts for licensed premium seats and Falcons game day suites, maintaining the departmental budget, Executive Member parking and supervising the department interns.

Spaulding is a native Georgian who earned her Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Georgia College & State University with a Business Management Major and Marketing Minor. Prior to joining Team Dome, Spaulding was a member of the Gwinnett Braves Inaugural Season Guest Relations team and stayed with them for the next two seasons. Spaulding got married in June of 2013 so you might know her as Lindsey Newman.


Drew Kaplan
joined the Executive Services team as an intern in July of 2013. Prior to joining Team Dome Kaplan completed an internship with the Winston-Salem Dash – the Class A-Advanced affiliate of the Chicago White Sox. As a native of Atlanta, Kaplan is happy to return home after earning his BS in Business Management from Wake Forest University in May of 2013.


Matthew Williams
started his time with Team Dome in September of 2012 as a part time Guest Services Specialist. In August of 2013, he transitioned to Executive Services as a department intern. Williams is a native Georgian and will be graduating in August of 2014 from Georgia State University with his BS in Mathematics with a concentration in Statistics. Williams is also a member of the Atlanta Braves Ambassador Team, where he provides pregame tours of the Braves’ home park to VIP guests.
