Executive Services Manager
Kelly Clutter joins the Executive Services team as Executive Services Manager in July of 2014. Clutter joins Team Dome from the Atlanta Falcons where she spent her previous 6 ½ years working in the Ticket Sales department both selling Premium Seating on the club and suite levels as well as Season tickets and group seating for the organization. Prior to the Falcons, Clutter worked within Minor League Hockey with the Wheeling Nailers as the Director of Ticketing and Game Operations for 5 years.
Clutter is a native of Wheeling, West Virginia who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing with a minor in Communications from Marshall University. She also graduated with a Master’s from West Virginia University in Sports Management where she assisted in facility management for six varsity sports. In her role, Clutter manages the Executive Suite and Club Seat leasing program and is responsible for all contractual obligations to Executive Members in coordination with the Atlanta Falcons as the Dome’s premium seating sales brokers. Clutter also oversees all aspects of the facility’s Executive Levels.
Sr. Executive Services Coordinator
Shanicka McClendon currently manages the Suite Level accounts and oversees the Executive Member Advisory Board. McClendon has been a member of Team Dome since 2000. She was a vital member of the full-time ticket office staff since 2002 serving as a Ticket Office Coordinator until she joined the Executive Services team in 2012 as the Club South Coordinator. In her previous roles she gained extensive experience of providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues and building productive relationships.
McClendon resides in downtown Atlanta with her husband and four children.
Jenny Carlisle joined the Executive Services team in February of 2013. She is responsible for overseeing the Verizon Wireless Club South and Super Suite 2 accounts. Carlisle is also responsible for the recruitment and development of our Executive Services Specialist that assist on event days.
Carlisle is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. In 2011 she graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Hospitality Management. Prior to joining the Georgia Dome, Carlisle worked for the Tampa Bay Rays in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Executive Services Coordinator
Verizon Wireless Club (Sections 217-226) and Super Suite 7
Sean Reardon joined the Executive Services team in August of 2014. He is responsible for overseeing the Verizon Wireless Club North & Super Suite 7 accounts as well as planning the Executive Member special events.
Reardon is a native of Orlando, Florida who graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Sports Management. Prior to joining the Georgia Dome, Reardon worked with the Atlanta Braves and Orlando Magic.
