Jennifer LeMaster enters her fifth year as the director of the facility’s premium service team. In her role, LeMaster administers the Executive Suite and Club Seat leasing program and is responsible for all contractual obligations to Executive Members in coordination with the Atlanta Falcons as the Dome’s premium seating sales brokers. LeMaster also oversees all aspects of the facility’s Executive Levels. This area includes 164 suites, 8 Super Suites, 5,740 club seats, the Press Box, two club lounges, and two restaurants. In addition, LeMaster manages the Dome’s Public Relations Manager and has direct oversight of all external communications efforts.

Previously, LeMaster served as the Director of Marketing and Special Events for the University of Kentucky Athletics Department. In that position, LeMaster created and produced a number of annual high-profile and nationally televised events. Her duties within the Wildcats athletics department included working closely with 22 varsity sports in the areas of marketing, corporate sales and service, communications, public relations, external relations, and video production.

LeMaster graduated from UK in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Political Science. She is pursuing a master’s degree in education with an emphasis on sport leadership at the University of Kentucky. LeMaster is a native of Ashland, Ky., and resides in Atlanta with her husband, Zach and son, Brennan.

Frank Mitchell enters his seventh year with the Georgia World Congress Center Authority. Mitchell is committed to providing and maintaining world-class service (E!) to Executive Members located in suites by overseeing all aspects of guest service and facility operations on the A-Level. Frank also serves as Executive Services Project Manager liaising with Dome operating departments coordinating major project schedules, production, process, deadlines, and quality control for all special projects taking place in premium areas.

Before joining Team Dome, Frank served as the Guest Services Coordinator at the Georgia World Congress Center. Previously, Frank worked as a Senior Manager with the former BellSouth. He retired after 30 years of service in 2002. Frank is an avid golfer with a USGA handicap of 13.

Christine Dillard joined the Executive Services department in June 2010 after completing an eight-month internship with Team Dome in the Event Services and Executive Services departments. Dillard currently oversees Verizon Wireless Club Seat accounts located in sections 217-226 and manages all aspects of the special events program for Executive Members. This program requires her to work closely with the Atlanta Falcons, Levy Restaurants and local business partners like, Eastlake Golf Club and the Fabulous Fox Theatre to create unique value-added opportunities. Dillard also works on Dome’s external communications campaigns, specifically social media and e-marketing efforts.

Prior to joining Team Dome, Christine worked in hotel sales and meeting planning in Charlotte, NC. A native of Huntington, WV, Christine earned her BS in Marketing and Communications from West Virginia University in 2008. She currently resides in Atlanta.

Taylor Walker is the newest addition to the Executive Services department joining the team in July of 2011. Walker currently oversees Verizon Wireless Club Seat accounts located in sections 243-251 and also section 200.

Prior to joining Team Dome, Walker worked with the Atlanta Falcons as a marketing intern in 2007 then as a member of the Falcons event day staff from 2008-10 where he assisted with on-field operations and in-game production. Walker is an Atlanta native, and graduated from the University of Georgia in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management.

Lindsey Newman joined the Executive Services team in November of 2010 as the department intern. In June of 2011, she was promoted to her current role of Executive Services Administrative Assistant where she is now responsible for processing contracts for licensed seats, premium pricing, the department budget, parking, and event day preparation. In this position, she has daily interaction with and supports the Executive Services team to ensure that all Executive Member’s needs are met.

Newman is a native Georgian who earned her Bachelor's of Business Administration from Georgia College & State University with a Business Management Major and Marketing Minor. Prior to joining Team Dome, Lindsey was a member of the Gwinnett Braves Inaugural Season Guess Relations team. With the G-Braves she provided exclusive services and customer satisfaction to season ticket and suite holders as well as Corporate Account members.

Adam Slechta joined the Executive Services team in July 2011 after completing his degrees in Sport Management and Business Management from the University of Georgia. During his time at UGA he spent a year working for the Athletic Association in their Promotions Office as an intern overlooking a variety of different sports. Raised in Norcross, Georgia, he now lives in Atlanta while continuing his education by pursuing his master’s degree in Sport Administration through Georgia Southern.

Gwinnett County native, Rebekah Smith, is entering the 2011 season as an intern for the Executive Services Department. Smith currently resides in Kennesaw and is attending Kennesaw State University, pursing a degree in Sports Management with a focus in marketing. Currently, Smith also works seasonally with the Gwinnett Braves on their executive level. In the future, her goals are to work within a sports facility and being involved with marketing, sales and/or promotions.

Jason Kirksey joined the Georgia Dome staff in January of 2011 as the Public Relations and Communications Specialist. In his role, Kirksey manages the day-to-day PR efforts as well as oversees the Georgia Dome’s social media program and gadome.com.

Kirksey joined Team Dome from the University of Southern Mississippi where he spent the previous three years as a sports information director promoting the Golden Eagle football team and nationally ranked baseball team. In 2009 he had the privilege of promoting the baseball team as they rode a wave of momentum all the way to Omaha and the College World Series.

Prior to his time at Southern Miss he also served as a Sports Information Director at the University of Alabama and the Director of Baseball Operations for the San Diego Padres Class AA baseball team in Mobile, Ala. Kirksey holds two degrees from the University of Mobile, Public Relations/Communications and Business Communications, where he was also a four-year letterman in baseball.

He and his wife Heather reside in Atlanta with their son, a four-year-old cocker spaniel named Dash.
